Before any home upgrade or repair I do a ton of research, and estimates way beyond the average. As any home owner you try your best not to get taken in any way. After months of research and estimates I found these folks at SumZero. I was more impressed with their motivation to try to get me the best deal, as hassle free as it can be install, and definitely the service after the fact. They went out of their way to help me with the process with MASS Save, and any other discounts I could possibly be entitled to, which for me was the deal maker. Secondly, the products, they gave me a bunch to choose from, all the selections were brand names that we can trust and are high quality. After my estimates I took that information and looked up each one and was very pleased with the options they could do. All top notch pieces of equipment with great reviews. So We decided to give them the job, and boy did we do the right thing. Install took a day, they were very good, and cleaned up the mess before leaving, it was a very large project. No complaints. once the system was installed we immediately seen a difference in our utility bills. What a difference! Lastly, we had 2 small problems in the weeks to come and SumZero came out promptly, and addressed my concerns right away. They even had to replace the air filtration system. wasnt SumZero's fault. Just happen to be the first customer to have a defective one from their company. Within a couple of days they came back and replaced it. During all of this from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was super awesome, friendly, and got the answers i needed in a very quickly and professionally. I am not the type to write reviews very often, but these guys deserve it. They want to be a bigger company, they are highly motivated, and they want you to be happy. Thats becoming pretty rare these days in my opinion. These guys at the very least deserve a chance at your business. Dont be worried about getting plenty of estimates, you will quickly see a pattern, and the have SumZero give you an estimate and you will see what I mean.
