It was a pleasure bringing in SumZero to install heat pumps and an HVAC ducted system into our home. In September, SumZero installed both a Trane high-efficiency furnace and a Trane whole-house AC for my home. Their representative was the most knowledgable of all the HVAC company reps whom I talked to. Before the installation, SumZero did a walk through explaining exactly how the work would be done. The installation went smoothly. My new thermostat is easy to see and easy to program. I would recommend SumZero to anyone looking for heating and cooling systems. A year later, SumZero sent technician, Dan Jameson to do the annual check-up. Dan was prompt and thorough. Allin all, it has been a pleasure to work with Sum Zero.

The entire team from Sum Zero Energy was excellent. From the initial contact and estimate to the installment and cleanup. They were also helpful with loan details. The electricians were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The crew that installed the mini splits on the outside and inside of the house were efficient and knowledgable. Once the job was completed, they explained how everything worked, cleaned up and disposed of everything. We were very pleased with the work and the entire experience with the company.
