What You’ll Do
You’ll bridge the gap between incoming leads and successful project handoffs. You’ll reconnect with past opportunities, manage lead flow, and support the comfort consultants in turning warm interest into signed jobs.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Following up with leads from ads, referrals, and web forms
- Managing CRM activity and updating lead statuses
- Re-engaging past customers who didn’t convert the first time
- Communicating clearly with Comfort Consultants to pitch strong handoffs
- Supporting special campaigns and tracking progress toward sales goals
Pay Structure & Growth Opportunity
- Base Salary: $52,000/year
- Performance-Based Commission

3 Ways to Earn Commission:
- Booked Leads (Spiff):
For every booked lead above your monthly minimum quota (capped at team capacity) - Rehash Lead Follow-Up (Revenue Share):
A % of sales you help recover from past unclosed estimates (shared with Comfort Consultant, no cap) - Profit Sharing (Quarterly or Annual):
If the company surpasses revenue goals, you share in the win (no cap)
