What You’ll Do
- Respond to service calls and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Repair and maintain mini-splits, VRF, Hydro-Air, forced hot air systems, and more
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers — explain your findings, earn their trust
- Offer honest solutions and sell only what you believe in
- Help homeowners feel confident in their system and their decision to choose SumZero
What You'll Get
- $30–$40/hr starting pay for experienced techs
- $18/hr starting pay for apprentices with clear growth milestones

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service (or desire to grow into it)
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program preferred
- Comfort with low-voltage, ductless, and refrigeration systems
- Clear, respectful communication skills with customers and teammates
- A mindset of continuous improvement — in your work and your character
