What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first impression for our customers. Whether they’re scheduling a visit, asking questions about rebates, or checking on service, you’ll handle it with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Typical Day Might Include:
- Answering inbound customer calls and emails
- Booking appointments for sales or service
- Explaining basic service and installation timelines
- Coordinating with the install and service team
- Following up with customers after jobs to ensure satisfaction
