Excellent service and speed. Fair pricing, they help with the rebates from the state, they all wore masks and were respectful during COVID-19. I honestly felt like they were treating my house like their own! We had a split head pump unit installed for our bedroom / work area . Its been 3 months now and no problems, they unit is exactly as they described it. There were more expensive units, we chose a middle of the road price point, there was NO pressure to move to the better / more expensive model.

Worked with Raphael from SumZero on updating my residential heating and cooling system. He was very friendly, knowledgeable in heat pumps and patient with answering all my questions. Although, we could not land on a system that suits all our needs, he and his team were honest about why the system would increase my electricity usage and advised against pursuing it, rather than selling it. I appreciate their honesty and friendliness. I would trust them with heat pumps and I find comfort that they operated with high level of integrity.
