I can't say enough about the experience we had with SumZero. It's been a year working with a solar company, and the installation still hasn't happened. In comparison, SumZero came for the estimate almost immediately, made sure that the system was the best possible solution in this old complicated house, and came in with a price that was very fair for what was included. Sarai was very helpful with guiding us through the paperwork and loan process offered by Mass Saves for mini-splits. The installation was scheduled for 4 days and it took them 3. Everyone was competent, efficient, thoughtful and courteous. When they went to return a large ladder to it's rightful place, they discovered a bird nest on top with eggs. They informed us that the nest was there and they didn't want to move the ladder. My kind of guys! I have already informed several friends that they are the go-to company for heating and cooling needs. I now understand why they were awarded a "Best Of" designation.
