What You’ll Be Doing

‍

Managing and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians to deliver outstanding service. Overseeing service delivery and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conducting site visits to assess customer needs and service quality. Maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety in all operations. Building and nurturing customer relationships to ensure exceptional service.

Hours: Full Time - at least 40 hours work
Location: Holliston, MA
On-Site Position
Start Date: As soon as you’re ready

What You'll Get

What You Bring

  • Lead, mentor, and support a skilled team of HVAC technicians
  • Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality and safety
  • Conduct site visits to assess services and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and best practices
  • Hold an HVAC certifications (licenses are a strong plus)
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in HVAC management or leadership
