At SumZero Energy Systems, the job isn’t done when the system is installed. In fact, one of the most important phases begins right after the crew leaves your home. We ensure your long-term satisfaction by closing out permits, registering warranties, and checking in after the dust settles.

This is also where we introduce you to our Comfort Club, designed to keep your system running like new for years to come.

Permit Closures and Final Documentation

We take full responsibility for final inspections and town approvals. Once installation is complete, we:

  • Schedule and manage any required inspections
  • Handle communication with town officials
  • Provide documentation as needed for Mass Save® rebate verification
  • Finalize any compliance paperwork related to the system or electrical work

You don’t have to call the town—we do it all for you.

System Warranty Registration

We register all eligible equipment warranties directly with the manufacturer, giving you peace of mind and full coverage. You’ll receive:

  • A confirmation of registration
  • Warranty terms and expiration details
  • Support contact info should issues ever arise

This step is often missed by other contractors, but it’s standard at SumZero.

Comfort Club Enrollment & Support

As part of your project close-out, we’ll invite you to join our Comfort Club—a premium maintenance program built for homeowners who want reliable performance, fewer breakdowns, and priority access to service.

How do I maintain the system if I’m not in the Comfort Club?

We’ll still provide guidance and reminders. You can also schedule seasonal tune-ups individually if you prefer not to join the membership.

Do I need to do anything for my rebate now?

No. We handle post-install documentation for Mass Save®. You’ll receive confirmation once it’s submitted, and we’ll follow up if additional steps are needed.
