RESPONSABILITIES:
⇢ Manage and oversee multiple residential HVAC projects simultaneously
⇢ Develop project plans and schedules via pre-production walkthroughs
⇢ Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
⇢ Coordinate with team members , including project coordinator, site supervisors, and warehouse, sales, etc. to ensure project requirements are met
⇢ Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
⇢ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
⇢ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a Financial Controller to manage our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring that financial data is accurate and timely, and implementing financial policies and procedures to maintain the financial health of the company. The Financial Controller will also work closely with senior management to provide financial guidance and help make informed business decisions.
RESPONSABILITIES:
⇢ Oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
⇢ Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
⇢ Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

RESPONSABILITIES:
⇢ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties especially:
⇢ Mini-splits, VRF systems, Hydro-Air, Forced hot air systems, etc.
⇢ Perform routine maintenance on systems
⇢ Diagnose and troubleshoot problems said systems
⇢ Communicate with customers to explain repair and maintenance options
⇢ Provide customers with estimates for repair and maintenance work
⇢ Sell additional HVAC products and services to customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
⇢ At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service
