Terms & Conditions – Limited-Time Valentine’s Referral Special
1. Promotion Period: This Limited-Time Valentine’s Special is valid until February 28, 2025. Referrals must be submitted within this period to qualify for the promotion.2. Eligibility: This offer applies exclusively to new heat pump system installations with a minimum project value of $10,000. The referred customer must be a new client who has not previously engaged with SumZero Energy Systems for a heat pump installation. The referrer must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old to participate. 3. Referral Rewards & Conditions: Referrers may choose one of the following reward options if their referral results in a qualified installation: Gift a $5,300 Humidifier – If the referred customer proceeds with a heat pump installation, they will receive a complimentary humidifier as part of their package. The $5,300 value is based on past installations at full price and is purely descriptive. This amount cannot be converted into a cash reward, system discount, or any other form of compensation. The humidifier must be installed alongside the new heat pump system. If, for any reason, installation of the humidifier is not possible, the referred customer will instead receive the fallback reward of $500 in cash, and the referrer will also receive $500 in cash as per the second reward option. Cash Rewards ($100 Now + $500 Later) – The referrer earns $100 immediately upon the referred customer receiving an estimate. If the job moves forward, both the referrer and the referred customer will receive $500 each upon project completion. $1,000 for the Referrer – The referrer may opt to receive $1,000 as a personal reward if the referred customer proceeds with the installation. 4. Reward Issuance: Referral rewards are processed only after project completion and full payment by the referred customer.Rewards will be issued via check or electronic payment within 30 days of the project’s final payment. SumZero Energy Systems reserves the right to verify all referrals before issuing rewards. 5. General Terms: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or referral incentives. Referrers may submit multiple referrals, but rewards will only be issued for qualified and completed installations. SumZero Energy Systems reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any disputes regarding eligibility or reward distribution will be resolved at the sole discretion of SumZero Energy Systems.
